Refund Policy for SeoPilot

Effective Date: August 29, 2025

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for payments made to SeoPilot (“App”, “Service”).

1. Setup Fee Refunds (Eligible)
If you paid an initial setup fee, you may request a refund only when:
• We are unable to complete the setup due to technical issues on our side, and

If approved, the refund will apply to the setup fee only.

2. Subscription Fees (Not Eligible)
Subscription payments (e.g., monthly charges) are non-refundable once billed.
• If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period (no partial refunds).

3. Not Covered
Refunds will not be issued if setup is blocked or delayed due to:
• Missing, incorrect, or incomplete information/access provided by you
• Your CMS/website restrictions, third-party plugins, hosting/CDN rules, or firewall/security policies
• Changes you make during or after setup that prevent completion
• A change of mind after successful setup

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a setup fee refund, contact us within 7 days of the setup attempt:

• Provide your Paddle receipt / transaction ID
• Provide the website/CMS details used for setup
• Briefly describe the issue

5. Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method via Paddle. Timing depends on your bank/payment provider.

6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website/app and will apply going forward.
