Terms of Service for SeoPilot

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SeoPilot (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Sole Proprietor Artem Gasparian (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What SeoPilot is (and is not)


SeoPilot is software (SaaS) that helps you plan, draft, and publish SEO content to your own websites and tools (e.g., CMS integrations you configure).

SeoPilot is not:

  • • an advertising agency or “done-for-you” marketing service,

  • • a mass messaging or spam tool,

  • • an automated social media engagement tool (likes/follows/views/reviews),

  • • a marketplace enabling third parties to sell to customers,

  • • a financial/trading/advisory service,

  • • a payment service, money transmitter, or Merchant of Record (payments are handled by Paddle).

    2. Eligibility & account registration


    You may need an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

    We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable policies (including Paddle policies).

    3. Acceptable use (Paddle-aligned)


    You agree to use SeoPilot only for lawful purposes and in a way that complies with:
  • • these Terms,

  • • applicable laws and regulations,

  • • the terms of any third-party services you connect (CMS, hosting, analytics, etc.),

  • • and Paddle’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP): https://paddle.com/support/aup/

    • 3.1 Prohibited uses


    You may not use SeoPilot for any activity connected to the following categories or practices (non-exhaustive):

    A) Illegal, harmful, or abusive activity

  • • Illegal or unauthorized activity of any kind

  • • Attempting to disrupt, probe, or compromise the Service or other users’ data

    • B) Spam / mass marketing / messaging

  • • SMS marketing, message-app marketing, telemarketing, robocalls, or outbound mass messaging

  • • Harvesting emails, building lead lists via scraping, or sending unsolicited communications

  • • Any “get rich quick” schemes, referral schemes, pyramid/MLM/network marketing programs

    • C) Automated social media engagement

  • • Tools or campaigns that artificially increase/optimize engagement (posts, clicks, likes, views, reviews)

    • D) Advertising services / political or social campaigning

  • • Job boards, open houses, ad placement services, political or social campaigning/targeting services

    • E) IP infringement / unauthorized content

  • • Infringing copyrights/trademarks/trade secrets

  • • Reselling content you don’t have the right to resell

  • • Illicit streaming, IPTV, downloaders, “burning” tools, or anything enabling infringement

    • F) Unauthorized access / spyware

  • • Spyware, keyloggers, device unlocking, or any tool enabling unauthorized access to data

    • G) Regulated / high-risk industries

  • • Gambling, betting, lotteries, sweepstakes, games of chance, fantasy sports for prizes

  • • Trading, investment, or financial advice (including trading signals/strategies), regulated financial services

  • • Payment services, money transfer services, stored value (gift cards/vouchers/store credit)

  • • Government services, certifications/exam prep/ghostwriting/essay mills

  • • Travel reservation services/clubs/timeshares

  • • Medical advice, pseudo-science services (horoscopes/fortune-telling, etc.)

  • • Adult/dating/pornographic content or any age-restricted adult services

    • H) Restricted content generation involving identity/likeness
    SeoPilot is intended for text-based SEO content. You may not use the Service for:

  • • deepfakes, face swaps, voice impersonations,

  • • generating content using a person’s likeness without explicit consent.

    • If we detect prohibited use, we may suspend/terminate your access immediately and may share relevant information with Paddle where required for compliance.

    4. Your content, ownership, and responsibility


    4.1 Your ownership


    You retain full ownership of the content, prompts, settings, and other data you submit (“Customer Content”). We do not claim ownership of your Customer Content.

    4.2 Your responsibility


    You are solely responsible for:
  • • the accuracy, legality, and compliance of Customer Content you publish,

  • • ensuring you have rights/permissions to use any materials you upload or generate,

  • • reviewing and editing output before publishing.

    • SeoPilot’s output may contain errors or be incomplete. You agree not to rely on it as professional advice of any kind.

    5. Integrations & third-party services


    The Service may connect to third-party platforms (e.g., your CMS). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, suspensions, or losses caused by third parties.

    6. Data storage & backups


    We store and process data to provide the Service. While we take reasonable steps to operate reliably, you agree that:
  • • the Service may experience interruptions,

  • • we are not responsible for loss of data caused by outages, force majeure, or third-party failures,

  • • you are responsible for maintaining backups of any critical content.

    7. Billing, Merchant of Record, and taxes


    Payments for SeoPilot are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for transactions. Your purchase may be subject to Paddle’s buyer terms and policies shown at checkout.

    You agree not to attempt to bypass Paddle or request off-platform payments for the Service.

    8. Refunds


    Refunds (if any) are handled through Paddle and are subject to:
  • • the policies displayed at checkout, and

  • • any applicable consumer protection laws.

    • If you believe you were charged incorrectly or need help, contact us with your Paddle receipt/transaction details and we will assist in coordinating support where appropriate.

    9. Suspension & termination


    We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
  • • violate these Terms,

  • • violate Paddle policies (including the AUP),

  • • create risk of chargebacks, fraud, or legal exposure,

  • • use the Service in a way that could harm the Service, other users, or third parties.

    • Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately.

    10. Disclaimer of warranties


    SeoPilot is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or SEO outcomes.

    11. Limitation of liability


    To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,

  • • we are not liable for losses or decisions made based on content generated, published, or scheduled via the Service.

    12. Changes to these Terms


    We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on seopilot.dev. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
